Anyone caught forging a ticket or pass will be removed from the theater and may face legal prosecution.

There are NO refunds.

You can exchange an individual ticket up to the time that your show is to begin. You may exchange it for an equal value ticket for a later show. Tickets purchased in advance may be exchanged at our box office. Once the festival has begun, you may only exchange the ticket at the theater box office where your film is to be shown.

All-Access Passports are for individuals only. I.D. may be requested at any time. Anyone caught sharing passes may have their pass confiscated and no refund will be given.
