Filmed on location in and around Indianapolis, The Li’l River Rats is an adventure for children, reminiscent of The Goonies. It tells the tale of young Molly, who bonds with a rag-tag group of kids to find the legendary treasure that can save her family’s home. Enjoy seeing familiar faces, and familiar sites of the city as you root for this little bunch of treasure seekers.
The Li’l River Rats premiered at the Strictly Midwest Movies festival at the University of Minnesota, where it was nominated for two awards. It runs 80 minutes.
The Li'l River Rats and the Adventure of the Lost Treasure is a special family presentation and children under 12 will get tickets for half-price or $4.
