On a whim,
Lena, a young woman filled with wanderlust, leaves her small Indiana
home. With disdain for maps, she hits the road with no illusions about
destination. Her mother Josephine, inspired by her daughter’s
spontaneity, embarks on a journey of her own – to pursue the artistic
career she’s always dreamed about – leaving her eldest daughter
August with her partner, Sharon. With mother and sister gone, August
is left to find her own definition of home.
